WORLD KARATE ALLIANCE KYOKUSHIN BUGAKUKAI
Born in 1971, born in Tokyo.
Started Kyokushin in 1986, attended All Japan Tournament, and All Japan Weight Tournament, and others.
He started instructing karate and have experience instructing his students in Japan and 20 other countries.
In October 2020, he established Kyokushin Bugakukai.
I started Karate when I was in high school, and kept pursuing Karate over anything else that I have tried. And now, it has been over 35 years since then.
In these years, I have learned “Joy with others who trained with me, fulfillment to win the tournament, hardship of training, appreciation and dignity for epople’s support and encouragement through hard times and importance of continuity which means practice makes perfect”.

Karate is the ideal activity for children and young adults for their physical and mental development.

The benefits of Karate for adults are as rewarding as for children but with a different approach. Adults concentrate more on improving their fitness and on acquiring new techniques for stress relief and self-defence.
From the white-belt level to the black-belt level, adults learn a variety of responses to a variety of attacks in a non-violent philosophy.
Self-confidence comes from being challenged to one’s limits, confidently meeting them, then surpassing one’s expectations.
Healthy bodies come in all shapes and sizes. Adults participate in a variety of fitness building activities that teaches them how to relieve their stress level, to improve their flexibility and coordination and to reduce their recuperation time.

Our school is located at the City of Ottawa Lowertown Community Centre (40 Cobourg St, Ottawa) in Hall 3. When you enter by the pool entrance (on the east side of the building) head up the stairs and down the main hallway.
To reach our school from Queensway take the King Edward exit, continue down King Edward until Murray St/St. Patrick St. Turn right on St. Patrick and continue until the second traffic light (Cobourg St). Turn right onto Cobourg St. and continue until the first stop sign. Turn right into the Lowertown Community Centre’s parking lot.
